Fluid Bed Dryer offers a clear solution to drying of wet granules, crystalline or course elements. It uses the system of moving the hot air at a great speed through the bed of the material to be dried, therefore making it fluidize.
The blower positioned on the exhaust side of the dryer works no negative pressure system, which generates the induced draught and sucks in the fresh air into the dryer. A stream of warm filtered air is introduced from the bottom of the product bowl containing the wrong material. This container is provided with the air distribution plate including Dutch sieve. The air stream is moved through the bed of the material and fluidizes the product particles by generating the turbulence in the product container. Due to fluidization, every particle becomes surrounded by hot air, which starts quick & regular heating and drying. Filter bags given at the head prevent escaping of particles from the machine.
